Welcome to the Galt Curling Club in Cambridge, Ontario.
Established in 1838, the club is amongst the oldest curling clubs in Ontario having been in continuous operation for 171 years. We are a 4 sheet Curling Club offering a full range of curling leagues and activities for all ages. Our members range in age from 6 to 97 and whether you are new to the game or very experienced, we have a league for you. The club is run by a 9 member volunteer Board of Directors and boasts over 350 members. Operating 7 days a week the club offers a wide range of leagues from social to competitive. We have adult programs running during both day and night from Monday to Friday. Youth programs operate on Sundays. Over this past summer the club invested just under $100,000 in improvements to the playing surface and clubhouse. Not only does the club look spectacular, it plays spectacular. Curling is one of the most inexpensive sports to play. Members can join our adult leagues for as little as $15 / week, while Youth can join for as little as $6 / week. Members, Friends, and those curious about the game are welcome to come out to the club, tour the facility, participate in our Hot Shots competition, or if you’ve never tried the game simply talk to one of our instructors for a FREE on ice lesson. The club will be serving lunch and snacks from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm for all those attending. For further information don't hesitate to contact us.
